Course Schedule
Our class size is small and we strive to offer flexibility for our students, so the actual course dates may change. If you have a scheduling conflict with the course dates offered let us know and maybe we can move it forward or back a week.
8-Day Course
Our eight day straight course runs from Saturday through Saturday and is intensive. We strongly recommend that you register for the course as early as possible to receive the course manuals. You will want to have the manuals read before the start of class.
Night Course
We have changed the night course. Students were just not getting the same level of education when spreading the classroom training out over several weeks. While we understand many students find it diffulcult to take a full week off from their current job, we have found that most can take a couple of days off without issue. If we have a few students interested, they can join the 8 day course for the core classroom training for the first 4 days (Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday) and finish up the classroom and field training in the evenings and weekends.
Our Instructors
The instructors’ knowledge and industry experience are certainly important, but even more important are their communication skills. We thoroughly enjoy teaching the class and our students say it shows. We are committed to the Home Inspection industry and although we do own a Home Inspection company we hold nothing back. Yes, we are training our future competitors but we all benefit if the industry is more professional. We believe that!
